Natural makeup looks absolutely wonderful. As pictured above, you can create a beautiful natural look with tons of makeup. Just remember to find the right products for your skin tone. If you have big freckles you do not need to cover them up, lightly brush a color over the lip and take along a light neutral colored eye shadow and blend over the lower eyelid.
The next step is to apply a very light concealer to your face and brow. Some women like to build up their cheekbones with concealer and light brow powder. I find that this looks very natural and gives me a bit of height. Other women use a thicker brow powder and build their cheekbones up using eye pencil.
Once you’ve got your face and body covered it’s time to start working on your natural makeup looks. The easiest way to create your own make up look is to find similar shades of colors that you like and pair them up. For instance, if you are into warm browns then find a warm brown concealer shade. Another great way to create your own natural makeup look is to match up dark shades of blush with light colored skin and light or cool colors to tanned skin. If you want to create a more dewy look then add a little bit of light-colored shimmer to your cheeks.
When applying your make up keep in mind that your lip liner will be covering up your lip shade, so choose a lip liner that will enhance your natural makeup looks. You will also want to consider applying a concealer to any area where you do not want too much shine, and applying mascara to your upper or lower lashes is optional. You may even consider tinting your mascara to your lip color. Once you’ve finished applying your makeup and toning up your face, it is time to focus on the color of your eyes. Eyelash extensions and natural mascara will give you longer and thicker eyelashes, while natural eye shadow will make your eyes look larger.
When you apply your makeup, you should avoid putting too much on the tips of your fingers. By putting too much product on your fingers you will end up streaking your skin. If you’re using lip liner, try using a little bit on the tips of your fingers and putting it on your lip but not on your entire lips. This will make your application less streaked and give your natural makeup looks. One great tip for when you’re putting mascara on your upper lashes is to put a little water behind your lashes so that your mascara will stay on longer.
The key to achieving natural makeup looks is to simply find products that are both natural and also light enough to compliment your skin tone. To add light to your skin, use warm tones like brown and gold for your foundation. For your no-makeup makeup you should opt for foundations with SPF 15 and either a matte or glossy finish. These will help keep your skin natural and give you the illusion of having more skin.
